تقرير عن جرائم احمد عثمان ضابط مباحث قسم سيدى جابر والذى قاد عمليه قتل خالد سعيد شهيد الطوارىء


فى تحدى واضح للعداله وللقانون مازال احمد عثمان ضابط مباحث قسم سيدى جابر يرتكب جرائمه فى السر والعلن
وكانت آخر جرائمه ليس هى الاعتداء على خالد محمد سعيد وتعذيبه بواسطته وواسطة مخبريه حتى الموت
وإنما ايضا قيامه بالاعتداء بالضرب المبرح والسب على ناشطين تضامنوا مع اهل القتيل وكان ذلك مساء الخميس 10/6/2010 وقد رأيت بنفسى اعتداءه على احمد جابر امام قسم سيدى جابر وكان فى حالة هياج شديد

واثناء تواجد احد الناشطين السياسيين ويدعى احمد جابر داخل مكتب هذا الضابط ازداد جبروته وغروره فقام بالاعتداء الجنسى على احمد جابر حيث امر مخبريه بالتحرش به والاعتداء عليه ووضع اصابعهم بمؤخرة احمد جابر وهو رهن
الاعتقال ومقيد ومشلول حركته

هذا الفعل القذر والخسيس من ضابط مريض نفسيا يبرر ويوضح ارتكاب هذا الضابط لجرائمه السابقه وتعذيبه لخالد سعيد حتى الموت حيث اقتحم السيبر واعتدى على خالد واقتاده خارج السيبر واعتدى عليه هو ومخبريه حتى فقد الوعى وحملاه داخل سيارة الشرطه ثم عادا بعد 10 دقائق والقى جثته بالشارع

لم يكن الاعتداء على خالد سعيد هى الجريمه الاولى لهذا الضابط
فهذا الضابط صاحب سجل مميز فى جرائم التعذيب
فقد سبق واعتدى على المواطن خليل إبراهيم خليل (62 سنة)
بحرقه وسحله مسافة 200 متر ليلة 27 رمضان. وعلى مدار 3 أيام حاول أبناؤه تحويله للمستشفى للعلاج قبل تلوث الجرح، حيث بدأت رائحة الجلد تتعفن
ويروى عم خليل حكايته مع هذا الضابط قائلا
فوجئت بطرقات على باب منزلى ليلة 27 رمضان، وعند فتحه الباب هاجمتنى قوة من قسم سيدى جابر، وأضاف: رجال القسم قذفونى بزجاجة بها مادة مشتعلة فأحرقت ثيابى، وحاولت تمزيقها فاحترقت يدى وقدمى، كنت أحاول التخلص من النار بأية طريقة، وفور خروجى من باب المنزل والنار مشتعلة بى فوجئت بأحد أفراد القوة يضربنى على ركبتى بحديدة، وعندما صرخ الأهالى من الظلم الواقع على، قام أمين شرطة، يدعى رامى، بوضع السكين على رقبتى وقال "أدبح".

أكمل عم خليل قائلاً: سحلونى على الأرض أمام أولادى وأحفادى وأنا أحترق .. كنت أصرخ فيهم "حرام عليكم يا كفرة .. حرقتونى يا كفرة".

طلبت الذهاب للمستشفى وقلت لهم فى القسم "أنا بنى آدم مش حيوان"، فضربنى الضابط أحمد المليسى فى منطقة حساسة بـ"الشلوت"، ليضاعف آلامى فوق الحرق والكسر بمزيد من الضرب والإهانة، وقال لى: "أنا مش حنسيب أمك". بينما قال لى الضابط أحمد عثمان: "أنا لو عايز أخيطك أخيطك"، قلت له: "يا باشا ليه بتعمل معايا كده".
وتم اتهامه فى القضية رقم 23526 لسنة 2008 جنح سيدى جابر.

تحدث الضحية صلاح صاحب محل لتجارة أدوات النظافة بعزبة سعد بسيدي جابر- عن الانتهاكات التي تعرض لها من قبل مباحث قسم سيدي جابر وهم: الضابطان أحمد عثمان وأحمد منيسي و14 مخبرًا وأمين شرطة، وقال: "يوم الأربعاء الماضي وفي حوالي السابعة والنصف بعد الإفطار كنت في المحل وكان معي مصادفة علي محمود علي زبون كان يشتري مني بضاعة، وتاجر أتعامل معه يدعي هاني عبد المنعم السيد وفجأة توقفت سيارة ميكروباص أمام المحل ونزل منها ضابطان بمباحث قسم سيدي جابر وهما: أحمد عثمان، وأحمد منيسي و14 مخبرًا وأمين شرطة وهجموا علي المحل وكسروا ما به من بضائع حيث تم قذف كل المحتويات إلي الشارع وقام المخبرون بتحميل كراتين كثيرة بالسيارة، ثم "زقوني" بالعافية داخل الميكروباص وجلس فوقي شخص ضخم الجثة أوسعني ضرباً "بالبونيات" والصفع علي الوجه، والرأس بأوامر من الضابطين، ولم أكن أقول سوي جملة واحدة : "فيه إيه يا باشا... أفهم بس.. يا عالم فيه إيه» وكانت الإجابة المزيد من الضرب والصفع والركل".

وتابع "المصيبة أنهم قبضوا علي الاتنين إللي كانوا معي بالمحل- الزبون والتاجر- وأوسعوهما ضرباً وهما موجودين وسوف يروون لحضراتكم كل شيء، ولما وصلنا القسم وأخدوني ومعي الاتنين التانيين لحجرة بالقسم مكتب ضابطي المباحث وكان الشخص ضخم الجثة وهو مخبر كاتمًا علي أنفاسي حتي بالقسم وكان يتعمد غلق آخر زرار بالجلابية التي أرتديها ثم يضغط علي عنقي حتي أفقد الوعي وأشخر، وعندما أفيق كنت أقول للضابط- والذي كان جالساً لمشاهدة تنفيذ أوامره للمخبرين بتعذيبي وهو الضابط أحمد عثمان كنت أقول له: يا باشا حموت فقال لي: "وإيه يعني كلب وراح" .

ويواصل بعدها قام المخبرون والأمناء بتقييدي ووضعوا يدي "خلف خلاف» وراء ظهري وأخذوا يضربونني علي وجهي وعلي رأسي واقترب مني الضابط أحمد عثمان وكال لي اللكمات، قلت له: يابني دا أنا زي أبوك، فسبني وفوجئت به يرفع الجلابية التي أرتديها ويضع إصبعه، ويتوقف عم صلاح قليلاً عن الحديث، فيطلب منه مسئولو "حركة مصريون ضد التعذيب" أن يواصل حديثه دون خجل أو خشية فهو مظلوم، فيستطرد "وضع الضابط إصبعه في دبري من الخلف وصرخت بأعلي صوتي يا ظلمة.. يا كفرة، فقال لي الضابط: طب إيه رأيك إنك حتسجد لنا هنا بقي، فقلت له: ما فيش حد سجد لغير الله، وما حدش عمل كده غير فرعون فرد علي الضابط قائلاً: أيوه إحنا بقي الفراعنة الجداد وحتسجد لنا يا (......) أمك يعني حتسجد.
وزاد صلاح بعدها نادي الضابط أحمد عثمان زميله أحمد المنيسي وقال له تعالي دورك.. وفوجئت بالمنيسي يرفع لي الجلابية ويكرر ما فعله عثمان، بعدها أمر عثمان والمنيسي جميع مخبريهم وكان عددهم 14 بانتهاك عرضي بتكرار نفس الفعل الذي صدر منهما، بعدها فقدت الوعي وعندما أفقدت أخذت اصرخ فيهم: «انا عملت إيه يا كفرة عملت إيه؟"

، وكان رئيس المباحث قد وصل للقسم وتقابلت معه بعد أن عرفت أنه جلس مع الضباط الاتنين إللي اعتدوا علي ولقيته بيقول لي"معلش يا حاج صلاح حصل خير.. يظهر إننا جاتلنا معلومات غلط والموضوع طلع تشابه أسماء!!".


هذه هى الجرائم التى علمنا بها وارتكبها فى العلن ولم يعاقب عليها ولا نعرف كم الجرائم التى ارتكبها سرا محتميا فى وظيفته كظابط شرطه
